DCSD Families and Staff,
The DeKalb County School District is inviting families and employees to get involved by serving on one of three Superintendent’s Advisory Councils for the 2026–2027 school year.
These councils provide opportunities to share perspectives, offer feedback, and help strengthen communication and engagement across the District.
Superintendent’s Family Advisory Council
Open to current DCSD parents and guardians who want to help represent family voices from across the District.
Application deadline: Friday, August 21, at 5 p.m.
Superintendent’s Staff Advisory Council
Open to current classified and certified DCSD employees who want to share staff perspectives and provide recommendations to District leadership.
Application deadline: Friday, August 28, at 5 p.m.
Superintendent’s Student Services Family Advisory Council
Open to current DCSD parents and guardians of multilingual learners and students receiving ESOL, Exceptional Education, IEP, Section 504, or other related services.
Application deadline: Friday, August 28, at 5 p.m.
