My name is Candi Smith and I have been teaching school for 22 years. I have been in DeKalb County for 16 years and taught in Paradise Valley Schools, Scottsdale, AZ before moving here. I graduated from the University of Georgia receiving a BSED in Early Childhood Education. I continued my education and received a M.Ed., Gifted Endorsement, ESOL Endorsement, Middle School ELA and Social Studies Certification. I have taught all grades, but enjoy elementary school where the foundation begins.

     I have three sons I an very proud of. My oldest son is in his second year of Pharm D at UGA. My middle son remodels homes in Scottsdale, and my youngest recently graduated from NAU. We love Saturday football games. We are big fas of UGA and the AZ Diamondbacks. My family loves animals and have dogs and cats.
